East Cape Charters is run by USCG Master Captain Keith Ripa. Keith is a true local, born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and has been fishing here, both commercially and recreationally for over 25 years. Keith has a knack for finding fish when everyone else is striking out. Capt. Keith runs the F/V Jessica, a fully equipped 24 ft Silverhawk. Come fish with us!
