2nd Annual Harwich PTO and Harwich Chamber Halloween Parade
The Harwich Chamber of Commerce and Harwich Elementary PTO Present the 2nd Annual Halloween Parade.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM EDT
Wednesday October 28th at 4:00pm. We ask that children are accompanied by a parent or guardian and arrive NO EARLIER than 3:45pm and line up.
Location
Parade begins at the Harwich Chamber of Commerce and will travel down one side of Rt 28 Sidewalks in Harwich Port and then on the other side - South to Bank. Businesses that are open along this route will greet our little goblins outside in front of their doors.
